We are looking for an exceptional architect with a minimum of 2 years experience to work on a range of projects. We offer an excellent working environment in a small studio in Lazimpat. We are looking for a team member who is excited to work on projects from inception to delivery. We want someone who is creative, enthusiastic, and a great communicator.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for production of detailed drawings.

Co-ordination and production across all phases of the architectural process.

Quality control of drawings and specifications.

Ability to co-ordinate and liaise with clients, consultants and contractors.

Documentation programming and planning.

Site and construction Management

Skills Required

Strong design ability and a passion for design.

Competent in detailing and documentation.

Systematic approach to design development, documentation, dimensioning, referencing and detailing complete architectural packages.

Computer skills including Autocad, Google Sketchup, Rhino, Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, and illustrator.

Attention to detail.

Organisation skills.

Approachable personality with good communication skills.

Energetic and commitment to the project.

2. iNTERIOR DESIGNER

We are looking for an exceptional Interior Designer with a minimum of 1-year experience to work on a range of projects. We offer an excellent working environment in a small studio in Lazimpat. We are looking for a team member who is excited to work on projects from inception to delivery. We want someone who is creative, enthusiastic, and a great communicator.
